Our online store runs on the Shopify platform, which securely powers the e-commerce tools that let us share our products and craftsmanship with you.

To shop with us, you’ll need to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state or territory).

We’d love you to enjoy our products responsibly - please don’t use our website or items for unlawful purposes or breach any Australian laws, including copyright.

We also reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if something doesn’t feel right (for example, suspected fraud or misuse).

Your payment information, including credit card details, is always encrypted during transfer for your protection.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We do our best to show our products accurately through photos and descriptions, but some natural variation in colour, texture, or detail may occur - that’s the charm of real materials and craftsmanship.

Prices, promotions, and product availability can change from time to time, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products when needed.

3. Orders & Billing

When placing an order, please make sure all details - address, contact info, and payment - are accurate and complete so everything arrives smoothly.

We may limit or cancel orders that appear to come from resellers or distributors (we’re a brand for genuine customers, not bulk trade resellers).

If we ever need to cancel your order, we’ll contact you using your provided details.

4. Shipping

We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and any free-shipping thresholds are explained on our Shipping Policy page.

Once your order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

5. Third-Party Services & Links

Sometimes we use trusted third-party services (like Shopify, payment gateways, or shipping partners) or include links to other websites.

Those sites operate independently, so we can’t take responsibility for their content, policies, or actions. We always recommend reading their own terms before engaging with them.

We love hearing your ideas and feedback - whether it’s about your new favourite tee or how we can do better.

If you share suggestions, photos, or other content with us, you agree that Australian Stitch can use that material for our business, marketing, or social posts without compensation.

We just ask that any shared content is respectful, lawful, and your own original work.

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information you provide through our website is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which follows the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

8. Limitation of Liability

We always aim to provide exceptional products and service. However, to the fullest extent allowed under Australian law:

Australian Stitch and its affiliates aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products.

Of course, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — including guarantees around faulty or damaged products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

By using our site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Australian Stitch, its directors, team members, and affiliates from any claims arising out of a breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
