Wholesale T&Cs
To access our wholesale pricing, we just ask for a minimum order of 30 SKUs.
From there, here’s how things generally work:
Order Minimums
- Custom runs usually need minimums per style, colour and size.
- We’ll confirm the exact numbers once we know what you’re wanting to make.
Lead Times
- Most orders take around 4 to 8 weeks depending on fabrics and how big the run is.
- Timing starts once we’ve locked in the details and received your deposit.
Pricing & Quotes
- We’ll put together wholesale pricing once your order specs are confirmed.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days and may shift if fabrics or quantities change.
Payments
- A 50% deposit gets your order into production, unless it's your own label, then we ask for full payment upfront
- The remaining balance is paid before we ship or you pick up.
- Once production has started, payments are non-refundable.
Samples
- If you’d like a sample first, we can do that.
- Samples are charged separately to the bulk order.
Changes & Cancellations
- Any tweaks need to be made before we start production.
- Once we’ve begun, we can’t make changes or cancel.
Shipping & Pickup
- Shipping is charged on top, or you’re welcome to pick up from the studio.
- We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready.
Quality Notes
- Small variations in colour or fit can happen between fabric batches.
- Everything is checked over before it leaves us.
