Shipping policy
We ship orders Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm (excluding public holidays). Once your order’s packed and ready to roll, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Within Australia
- Regular Post – $12.50 flat rate (usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location)
- Express Post – $17.50 flat rate (usually 1–2 business days for metro areas, a little longer for regional)
- Free Shipping – automatically applied on orders over $150
International
- New Zealand – $20 flat rate (approx. 5–10 business days)
- Rest of the World – $30 flat rate (approx. 10–15 business days)
International duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are payable by the recipient upon delivery. Unfortunately we’re unable to control or estimate these charges in advance.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary, especially during peak or holiday periods. Please note that shipping timeframes do not include dispatch time, and delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather events, or carrier-related issues.
