Shipping
We send out all orders Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm (except on public holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

Regular Post – $10 flat rate (usually 2–5 business days depending on where you live)

Express Post – $15 flat rate (usually 1–2 business days for metro areas, a little longer if you’re regional)

Free Shipping – automatically applied on orders over $150
International

New Zealand – $20 flat rate (approx. 5–10 business days)

Rest of the World – $30 flat rate (approx. 10–15 business days)
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and can vary, especially during busy periods.
Returns
We want you to feel completely happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, you can return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

If we’ve made a mistake or your item arrives damaged/faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping.

For change of mind returns, you’ll just need to cover the cost of sending it back.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund straight away. Most refunds land back in your account well before the 2-week mark, but timing can depend on your bank.
